get a ps3. You get more value for your money and the games will come as soon as Dev's learn to program for the cell CPU instead of make terrible 360 ports.
At the moment, from the perspective of available games, an Xbox 360 looks superior to a PS3. Combining that with the recent release of the new cooler running systems and the release of *drools* Mass Effect, and the choice seems pretty obvious to me.
