Probably after the next DS model is released... That would be a very smart business tactic because the new model would sell like crazy and so would a sequel to a game that sold like crazy....
Yeah but at the same time the DS still has plenty of life in it still. I could see it happening but Nintendo seems to be incredibly stingy with Mario platformer games.
If they Do bring out New Super Mario Bros 2, they should leave in the original multiplayer they had planned for the first one.
In New Super Mario Bros. They originally had a 2 player CO-OP mode with Mario and Luigi working together, it also included special levels and moves not too dissimilar from Mario & Luigi Partners in Time.
