KEEP ALL POKEMON DISCUSSION IN THIS THREAD! This includes ALL Pokemon Games. Period. Talk about whatever you want about pokemon in this thread, it is for multi-pokemon discussion from any pokemon game: meaning you can talk about pokemon stats, if you're going to purchase the new games, if you require help in the game, your favorite pokemon, your pokemon team, pokemon rangers, etc.

ALL other pokemon thread as of now will be locked if seen by a moderator. I implore you, DO not resurface any pokemon threads or else you will be moderated for disruptive posting. Also since this is the official discussion therad, ALL other pokemon threads are NOT needed so DO NOT create anymore. If you do you WILL face moderation. If users create other pokemon threads please report them for spamming or not reading the sticky or belongs in the sticky thread...something along those lines

Pokemon GYM LEADER CHALLANGE for the DS Forum

Please pay attention to ALL the rules because there are quite a few...read and understand them BEFORE you challange a Gym Leader

Challanger rules

1. ALL Legendaries and Ubers are banned. Here's the list so no one can make excuses Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-oh, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Deoxys (all forms), Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Darkrai, Arceus, Zapados, Articuno, Moltres, Mew, Suicune, Entei, Raikou, Celebi, Latios, Latias, Regirock, Registeel, Regice, Jirachi, Mesprit, Uxie, Azelf, Heatran, Regigigas, Cresselia, Manaphy, Shaymin
2. Blissey, Ninjask and Wobuffet are banned (unless specified by the Gym Leader). This was a democratic decision!
3. No one hit KO moves are permitted. Moves like Sheer Cold, Horn Drill or Fissure
4. Only one Pokemon of the same species is allowed for example you can only use one Charizard on your team. This is kind of an understood unwritten rule, but I need to mention it.
5. Action Replay or Gameshark Stat "Benefitters" are NOT allowed. For example, pokemon with 999 stats.
6. No Hacked pokemon allowed whatsoever. This included hacked moves and abilities. eg No Spiritombs with Dark Void and the ability Wonder Guard! I'm warning you with this one because a more serious actions will be taken other than automatic disqualification from the gym
7. In addition to these rules be sure to follow the additional Gym Leader's Rules.
8. If defeated or disqualified, it's up to the Gym Leader to give you another chance at the Gym.
9. The Gym Leader has the right to forfeit the battle if any rules are broken and it goes as a victory for the Gym Leader.
10. Contact Gym Leaders via PM or while they are posting ain this pokemon discussion thread. If you are contacting them via PM, then you both arrange a mutual time for your battle.
