So the worst thing that could possibly of happened to me, has...i left my brandnewish ds lite on a plane after returning from my vacation.:? I don't know how i forgot it, but i was just not paying attention and then while getting my luggage i realized....oh $@*#, i forgot my ds, Ive called the airport and they're "looking" for it, but i have low hopes that it will be returned to me. So my question in, should i go straight for a new ds, because Ive been saving for a wii and I'm maybe about half way there, but im not sure if i should go for another ds or keep going straight for a wii....what would you do??:|
I don't think anyone can answer that question but yourself. Do you have a vast DS collection and are you currently in the middle of a few games?..that might sway you one way. On the other hand just how bad do you want the Wii? If i were you i'd just weight your options and think about how bad you feel you needa DS back in comparison to how bad you want a Wii and then make a decision from there. Either way sorry to hear about losing your DS, never something you like hearing about.
get which one you think you need more right now. not much good games are out ofor the wii right now ( but they will soon!) on the other hand, DS has a whole load of games (most bad, some good, few great)
i would deside on how much money you have coz if you have enough money for a ds and would have quite a bit left over you can start saving again im not saying you should its just a thought
If you forgot your brandnewish ds lite on the plane that means you didn't really enjoy it enough to have it in mind, especially when it was still brandnewish.
Man I'm sorry about that got to hate it when those things happen well I think it would be smart at least get a origional DS. there are not that many great game for the wii yet so just kind of think it over.
christmas is around the corner so buy a ds now and ask for a wii for christmasJedi_of_Hyrule
actually you might have a bigger sympathy factor towards a DS for christmas, and save for a wii because wii doesen't have a large array of fantastic games yet and you wont be tempted buy any of them.
it mostly depends on if you still have ds games or if you like to play your ds lite alot, you could buy the ds lite and wait for the wii or save the money for the wii and get a ds later, but i suggest the ds because it has better games out!
Basically, i would say get a ds lite since the wii has few good games (or any games at all). Basically what others have been saying. Thats some bad luck, losing ur lite. You have my... whatsitcalled?... sympathy. Good luck & hopefully u'll get watcha want.
lol thanks guys, i guess ill just keep saving for a wii and ask for a ds for christmas cause it costs less, i think ill get the new black and red one even tho it looks ugly ill just slap a case on it, but im still praying the airport will call with my bag, everytime the phone rings i get all nervous and run to it, just to find out someone wants me to pay for there long distance ;)
dude its really up to you i own a nitendo ds lite myself and my cusions have a Wii which i always play. The Wii's great but its not a handheld. The DS has alot of capabilites if you look in the right places eg vids on it music if you want some more info email me i cant really say on here
