Oh God, Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles releases the day after Mario Galaxy.

I have always supported this game, especially now with the very positive TGS previews. I also want much more mainstream support from Capcom. RE4's sales surprised everyone, especially considering it was a two year old game that was released on three platforms previously (one of which can be played on your Wii already). I bought my copy on day 1.

I know Capcom has said they are waiting to see how "both games will do", but there is the fact that RE: UC is only a spin-off game, and not a AAA title like RE4. Now there is this, which may turn into a Metroid Prime 2 vs. Halo 2 situation.

I think we all remember how well Metroid Prime 2 did...

A number of these games need to be pushed back or perhaps rushed and released in October. Sales for a number of these games are going be hurting I think. Not just in November but in December as well since Super Smash Bros. Brawl is coming out that month.

I know I'm already picking up Super Mario Galaxy. Trying to decide between Fire Emblem or a 3rd party game that month. Dec is going to be no easier I think since ther eare still games released in Nov I want to pick up and Brawl is coming out then as well. :( To many good games are being released at the same time both, 1st party and 3rd party.

This is going to be a big problem in November for a lot of games. There are a number of promising Wii games coming out in November with the biggest being Super Mario Galaxy.

I agree. Shoving them all in one month wasn't a good idea.

Especially with Fire Emblem, Medal of Honor Heroes II, Galaxy, and UC all coming out on the same day. With Guitar Hero III just a few days before Fire Emblem and Brawl coming out soon after this month.

Busy months coming up, but i think each game will do well. UC imo isnt going to be a great game ie rail shooter, but the story line will be what makes it sell. Just pick and choose.

Umbrella Chronicles lost my attention after they said it would be on rails so Mario Galaxy overshadowed it anyway in my eyes.stevenk4k5

I lost a little bit when it was announced on rails, but the trailers and stuff have really got me pumped. SMG always outshined this, but I still want both.
