Pretty much what it says up there lol
Who's going to brave the elements to get their copy of Wii Fit?
This topic is locked from further discussion.
I'm pretty indifferent towards the game. I may pick it up in a few years, but I have no intention of paying full price for it until the Balance Board has more uses.famicommanderThats basically my thoughts on it all.
[QUOTE="air_wolf_cubed"]this is a game not a console. theres always plenty of copies to go around. no need to camphazbazzbear in mind its a game shipping with hardware, so supplies will be more limited.
agh get it out!!!!!
Not really interested... plus the price is a lot. If a game comes out that makes excellent use of the balance board then I might think about it...JakendoWe Ski?
camping out for an exercise simulator? are you serious?
this is worse than camping outside a venue for a madonna concert.
I would never camp outside for anything. especially not for some light weight board you do pilates on. I'm too much of a pretty boy for all that. People might see me and think I lost my mind.
[QUOTE="BrooklynHotBoy"]that sounded like a family guy jokethis is worse than camping outside a venue for a madonna concert.
hazbazz

Seriously. I'd rather get a gym subscription.
1. They're called memberships
2. Why not have both?
Well I'm not against Wii Fit, it's just that I don't think it'll really be that good (for me).

1.Who cares? You know what I mean as does everyone else on this thread.
2.Who really has the time for that? Would someone really "play" wii fit for an hour or two and then go work out? Why not instead devote your time solely to the gym and create a solid workout plan for yourself.
The whole premise just doesn't make sense to me.
I'm not trying to troll or anything but heres a video that kinda speaks for me. I found it really funny.

Yup. I honestly wouldn't pay 30 bucks for this game...if you can call it that.

 awesome video
no no no no absolutely not no never ever no no NO
I am aboust as far against this game as a person could get. the whole thing screams stupid to me and if developers start requiring the use of the balance board to play their games I will be furious. If they want to make it some crazy alternate control scheme than w/e but if I am forced to own this thing for any game other than wii fit I'll pull my own hair out.

Because even people who go to the gym 6 days a week like variety.
You can play at home and boost overall what you're doing.
Also for the people that are well versed when it comes to a lifestyle that features exercise changing the routine is important. When muscles do the same thing day after day you stop gaining, if you add something new to the routine like gaming that's also exercise it mixes things up.

Pretty boy usually has a negative connotation, unless you're a homosexual, not that i'm accusing you of being one, not that there's anything wrong with that.
I'm also waiting for some more games to take full advantage of the board. I ride my bicycle 10miles everyday so i think Mii Fit.

pretty boy has a negative connotation to those whom don't keep up with their appearance, maybe are not that good looking, as well are not really sane and/or "normal" acting.

I can't agree how much truth is said in that video. It brings back a discussion that happened in here a few weeks ago where a guy said wanted to know what other "games" beside wii fit will get him in shape because he was reall fat and a few people (myself included) told him he should really go outside and get some exercise and all the pro-wiifit people were like no don't do that because jogging and brisk walks are bad on your knees and you should really worry about what you eat more an worry about exercise less forgetting that you need a balance of both. I find that to be truly sad that people who want to lose weight or want to get in shape want to do so without putting in any work such doing outdoor activities or going to the gym etc.. People just want to sit infront of their tv's all day and watch movies and play video games and watch reality dating. Soon as people see gimicks on tv that are said to help you lose weight, they buy into the propaganda while not even sure themselves if its effective.

I think the majority of people would not appreciate to be called or strive to be called a pretty boy. But I guess all us non-pretty boys are too busy being ugly, unkempt, and acting insane.
