I haven't played any of these, but they all look interesting. For those who have played them, which was your favorite?

This thread will probably be locked for comparing games, but it's not going to stop me from saying Resident Evil 4. Stands head and shoulders above every game released since.Raiko101Compared to Umbrella Chronicles or whatever the latest one was for Resident Evil (if I have my facts straight...), which is better: RE4, or RE:UC?
I own and have completed all four of them, actually. I'll add in some personal tastes of mine to help you out if you need them.
I played RE4 on the GC and it was my first RE game. It's up there alongside Metroid Prime, Wind Waker and Paper Mario for that console, though I never touched the Wii version. Still, when I played it on the GC it was such a blast. For reference, it was my 2005 GotY, beating out F.E.A.R. on PC and PGR3 on 360.
Okami is an artsy masterpiece. The entire game is based on Japanese mythology and folk-tales, from the names of side-characters who have no real importance to the story to the locations. Everything is pulled from Japanese myth and combined together to create a unique vision. This is a long, emotional and beautiful game, well worth the price of admission, considering that it should be at a ridiculously low price right now. For reference, it was my third favorite game of 2008, losing out to Fable II and No More Heroes by just a bit.
Twilight Princess is the refinement of the the Zelda experience found in Ocarina of Time. It's darker, deeper, bigger and really immerses you in one of the greatest fantasy adventures around. If you've played a Zelda game before you should know what to expect. For your reference, I think that Ocarina of Time is the greatest Zelda game, but Wind Waker is my overall, personal favorite. However, Twilight Princess is really high up on my list. Again, for your reference this was my third favorite game of 2006, losing out to Oblivion and Gears of War on the 360.
No More Heroes is a trippy, psychedelic experience inspired by everything from porn, videogames, anime, films, pop-culture and it's various sub-cultures. It's a self-parody of videogames and pop-culture (sorry if that sounds redundant) and is the most badass game since 2004's Ninja Gaiden on the Xbox. It isn't for everyone but if you can accept a crazy, off the wall experience (and to an extent, Suda-51's most accessible game yet), then No More Heroes is for you. For your reference this was my 2008 GotY, beating out Okami and Fable II.
I hope my opinions help you out in your decision, but if you want my real recommendation, I say get all four of them. Not at once, but definitely get the four of them.
Twilight Princess and Okami should not be played back to back, they're kind of similar in their respective genre's and gameplay conventions. If you start with either of those two, then follow up with either RE4 or NMH, and then finish it off with one of them.
Here's the order I played them in: RE4, Twilight Princess, No More Heroes, Okami.
That was pretty helpful, so thanks. I won't be getting all of them at once. I was hoping to get one now and perhaps the others later. They all seem like great games, though. Any suggestions on what order to get them at?I own and have completed all four of them, actually. I'll add in some personal tastes of mine to help you out if you need them.
