Old game series' you'd like to appear on Wii.

Well, the unveiling of NiGHTS had me thinking.

I sure would love to see Rez, Klonoa, and Panzer Dragoon on the Wii.

But my money's on Rez due to

probably the most wanted next to earthbound or mother. I think retro studios should do it, they did a pretty good job on metroid, they might make Kid Icarus come back to life in 3D with Wii controls.

I want Punch Out on the Wii!

I really want to see a new Kid Icarus and definitely a new Punch Out would be great on the Wii.

Kid Icarus could maybe be like a Metroid Prime/Zelda fusion with both 1st and 3rd person elements and a dose of healthy platforming. It could incorporate an rpg-like leveling-up system similar to the original along with more exploration like Metroid and Zelda. I would prefer it be more action-oriented than Zelda though with a faster pace. At least that's what I imagine. :)

I think Punch Out is a no-brainer since the Wii comes with a fun little boxing game. If they just expand on that they could pull off a nice shiny new Punch Out for the Wii.

Man... Talking about this stuff makes me REALLY want to see it that much more! :P

If you read my first post you'd see that none of the games I mentioned have appeared on any system supported by the Virtual Console. 

Although it isn't necessarily old seeing as how they released a GBA version in Japan...

Years ago there were rumors for a Last Ninja 4 on the XBox but then the project was cancelled.

It's high time to give this action and stealth saga a new chapter by  using the new possibilities offered by our Wiis!!

wii need another chrono chrono trigger was probably one of the best rpg's ever then chrono cross came out and IMO even surpassed chrono trigger if square would bring the chrono franchise back it would be awesome also i would like if they did a remake of tetris attack because it was a twist on an old favorite such as tetrisbig_mak123

I have to completely agree with you here. I LOVE Chrono Trigger and I love Chrono Cross even more. It's my favorite RPG. I don't care what system it is for, a sequel/prequel would be a must buy. Wii or 360 I just want it. Just not on the PS3 :P
