OMG Funky Kong holds every world record in Mario Kart Wii.

Seriously, I checked all 32 courses and the world record holders used Funky Kong and uses a bike of some sort every single time. Clearly, Funky Kong is the best character overall in the game. I haven't unlocked him yet, but I can't wait until I do.

I get annoyed with his voice more so than any other character - especially since EVERY character has the need to make a damn noise every time they boost out of a drift. Maybe it was Nintendo's back up plan to help prevent snaking? I don't even know what Funky Kong says when he boost drifts or does anything...:P "HHHAAARIIGHT" "Haawwppp NAAAWWWTT" "NNHHEEYYYYY" Shut UP!! Just think about the guy who did his voice acting. Nope. My brother had sent me a challenge, and I couldn't beat him with Yoshi, so I went through all the characters I had unlocked so far and all of the vehicles I had unlocked to see which combination had the highest speed, according to the ratings. Funky beats everybody. I can't remember which vehicle it is.... I use the Flame Runner (?) because it gets a huge drift boost. You can get more out of bikes, but I like to use karts whenever possible.

I just checked again to make sure, and there is a minor difference among all the characters. Funky Kong has the highest max speed with the spear bike. On the same bike, Bowser has a slightly lower max speed, while Wario has a noticeably slower max speed. When you're talking about thousandths of a second, those little differences matter.

Of course, Wario's other attributes make up for that slight lack of max speed, so it might be that Wario could match one of Funky's times. But they all do in fact have different attributes, even on the same vehicles.

the pink toad is the champ in Grumble Volcano. The glitch on that course ruined it for me. Why cant people play the game right?

Did you really check all the courses? Last time I checked Daisy was number one for SNES Mario Circuit 3....theweakbear
