At least now outsiders to the series might not think that Link's name is "Zelda". ;)

You've reminded me of the old commercial for the first Zelda. They had this crazy guy who kept saying, "Zelda! Zelda!" If you're under 30 you probably have never seen it. I guess if you're 30 you were 9 when it aired.

I'm actually really excited for the game as I'll play anything Zelda. I'm anxiously waiting for Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland to get released in America even.

Tingle worries me.
I am being a little hippocritical with this game, because no matter how much I disagree with the direction the game is going, I know I'll buy it and enjoy it regardless.
Plus, I too am anxiously awaiting Tingle RPG. There aren't too many games out there where the main focus is making an assload of money.SlysApprentice
Why do you disagree with it? This isnt the next Zelda.. Its just a spinoff. And I personally find it better than them having a Mii based minigame pack...

That's what people said about Mario spin-offs. I will probably get this as I am a huge Zelda fan, but don't overdue the minigame thing with LoZ now.
[QUOTE="Duckman5"]What happened to Nintendo's "Now you're playing with power" ad scheme? When did it change? N64?
l8bitz
I think it was right around or after "Sega does what Nintendon't!"
Somewhere in there Sega made a commerical for the SegaCD and the guy said, "are you waiting for Nintendo to make one?" The irony is Nintendo never put their games on a CD.[QUOTE="l8bitz"][QUOTE="Duckman5"]What happened to Nintendo's "Now you're playing with power" ad scheme? When did it change? N64?

Somewhere in there Sega made a commerical for the SegaCD and the guy said, "are you waiting for Nintendo to make one?" The irony is Nintendo never put their games on a CD. ... but they were going to. They teamed up with sony to make a SNES cd add-on, similar to what the sega cd was to the genesis. It was called the Playstation. Nintendo even took Sony to court when the playstation was released on the grounds that they (nintendo) came up with the name. True story, but it was nintendo's fault. They screwed over Sony first. You've reminded me of the old commercial for the first Zelda. They had this crazy guy who kept saying, "Zelda! Zelda!" If you're under 30 you probably have never seen it. [QUOTE="Phazon_goomba"]too bad it's the only good thing.foola12A negative plus a positive equal 0.. so that means there i NO birght side :D :PA negative plus a positive doesn't always equal zero. It could still be negative, or it could become a positive, depending on the variables.
[QUOTE="aransom"]And how many billion dollars has Sony lost trying to stick it to Nintendo? They sure showed them.
Tlahui
Dude, sony crapped all over nintendo last 2 gens, 5-1. I am not a hater, thats just a fact and I love nintendo and currently saveing for a wii
What are you talking about? Google the words'sony games losses' and you'll get a stack of articles detailing how much money Sony's games division loses. Here's just one: http://www.tgdaily.com/content/view/33094/118/ Sony's games division loses millions of dollars every year. They may have sold 100 million PS2s, but it's not translating into profit. Please Log In to post.
