Has anyone taken their NDS to a store which provides a download station with demos, trailers and more? Well I have many times and then I thought that Nintendo should make an online download station. It should just work like wi-fi. I mean, I don't want to go to a store to play DS demos, ect. I think that Sony releasing PSP demos, and also making download stations, and even using the PS3 for demos should've made Nintendo think on this. It'll be great if you could try a demo of a game, it may raise the sales of a game, because I know many guys that don't just want a review and some video or pictures of a game, they also want to test it. Well I hope Nintendo takes thins idea and make a online station.

I actually think that's a really good idea! I know I've read reviews about certain games, and when I go out to buy them I'm viciously let down. Someone will probably come up with a million reasons why this couldn't work, but I still like the idea!

I have thought of that idea many times also. But there are probably problems with it.

There was a thread a LONG time ago with a link to a website that had the official download stations uploaded to a website and a huge list of crap you had to do with your router before you could download them to your DS...and I dont think anyone went through all that trouble to even see if it worked or was a joke, but Im sure you could find the website if you really searched, but you may be let down haha, or the files could have viruses on them, I dont know haha.

This is a good idea, reminds me of the nintendo channel, they have downloadable demos. Not a lot though but then again I'm just talking.

It could also be a way that Nintendo could update the DS. They just need to find a way that the DS can store the memory somewhere on the system, so when you turn it off you do not lose your downloaded data. But anyways I have never gone to a store to watch trailers, demos, or any of that stuff. I typically use my Wii.

Actually if you have a wii and go to the wii shop channel you can go to the free "channel" section and download the "nintendo channel" after downloading you can open it up and if you have wifi set up on your ds and wii you can download free demos of some games right at your house! I have done it a few times and it works awesomely!
