Am I the only one who thinks It would be awesome if you could play multi-player virtual console games online it'd be great with mario kart and wave race..... whats your thoughts on the topic

That's what the Wiiware could do. Nintendo is remaking Dr.Mario and it will be online on the Wiiware. Leave the VC as the place for classics games.

that would be cool.but i kinda doubt it coming true.but like the guys said at top.they are remaking games for the wiiware.

I was just thinking about that just now. only if they bring back golden eye for N64 from rare but ain't gonna happened but still if rare was still with nintendo they could add online in that game just like namco did with tekken 5 dark resurrection for the PS3.

didnt nintendo say that they dont want to put online play in though because they want to keep them as close as possible to the original game?

i don't mind buying a CLASSIC game for getting the EXACT EXACT same thing as it used to be in the old days

and ... after buying a 8$ or 5$ game ... if nintendo could release some upgrades in wiiware for them for an extra 5$ ... i would be happy to buy it, for exemple if i could play games like StarFox online, but no stupid friend codes

i think it would be a great idea. I'd like to play bomberman, 5 players online. Great idea but not likely.

Didnt they report on IGN maybe a week ago, about the possibilty of Nintendo releasing VC games with online play. I dont remember exactly what it said because I just glanced over it, but maybe someone can dig it up.
