It seems possible. Gamecube games were only about 1 gig of memory and with the circle pad pro you can play the games perfectly. I think that would be amazing if they were to do that.

Thing is the 3DS as far as I know cannot run gamecube games natively which means it would have to emulate it which almost certainly requires more power than the 3DS has, possibly by quite a large amount (I'm not exactly an expect on emualtion and hardware). N64 games might be a possibility though from what I've heard.
I've heard full emulation needs upwards of 10 times the power of the original console. Not in the 3DS unfortunately.Thing is the 3DS as far as I know cannot run gamecube games natively which means it would have to emulate it which almost certainly requires more power than the 3DS has, possibly by quite a large amount (I'm not exactly an expect on emualtion and hardware). I doubt you will be able to play the gamecube games on the 3DS, if anything you will be able to buy it on the 3DS and download it onto the Wii-U, if you so felt like it, just like I'm certain if you really felt like it, you could buy Pushmo (for example) on the Wii-U and download it later on the 3DS.
I'm w/ you on the SNES for VC!
I think as far as GC games what we will see is a select few 3D ports. Crossing my fingers for Metroid Prime, personally. I'd be 100% in favor of Virtual Console versions if possible (which would be cheaper but lack 3D).
GC games are generally a little bit too much for the 3DS. Besides that, N64 games aren't even on the eShop. Or GBA games for that matter. GC games aren't really a priority when you consider that there are still two other consoles that could also be there and are without a doubt within the realm of possibility.
