I don't think that is a real good comparison because with Live Arcade games you also get a lot more. ( Online play, Leaderboards, etc...) When you look at it in this context VC games should definitely be cheaper than they are. But these are the prices Nintendo has chosen so I wouldn't expect them to be lowered any time soon.
