Medal of Honor: Heroes 2, I've seen alot and know alot of people who seem to PRAISE this game so much, but I was an idiot, traded in MSC for it, and IMO, got ripped off.
I think that the Zelda game is VERY over rated....it didn't match up to the other ones....Metroid is my favorite so far, not sure why anyone would hate it...I guess people either hate it or love it....

when a game sells so many copies there will be people that hate it naturally.
any 3rd party game for the wii has sucked. seems like the controls are always wrong.
It's hard to say what the overrated Wii games are when there are a huge amount of overrated other games out there. I think SPM was overrated. I played through it and loved the art style, but it was just so linear compared to the first PM game. It was a good game, but not one that I would ever play through again. I loved SMG, but I beat the whole game in less than a week so I pretty much OD'ed on Mario there and I don't think I'll pick that back up for a while. So when people say "OMG SMG IS TEH AWESOMEZ!!" I just don't feel it like before. Other than that I can't really think of any other overrated Wii games that I've played.
overrated.. lets see.. metroid 3, super mario galaxy [yes its good, but far from 9.5 good], warioware... other than that, there really aren't any other wii games that have been rated all that high to begin with.
Hey, the fighting system was a nice change but the wolrds just felt so tiny like I was in a horribly tiny box, why do so many people say MP3 sucked, the only thing that was even hyped up about itwere the shooting controls which were awsome.
Overrated meaning they got GOOD reviews :P no it doesnt, poorly rated games can still be over rated if they should have been rated even poorer... overrated just means it got a higher review then it deserved... red steel is a prime example of a poorly rated but still overrated game.
the only oustanding games on the wii right now are
tiwlight princess, super paper mario, re4, zack and wiki, super matio galaxy, and metroid prime 3..

any way that is not the point. my point is you have a problem with those games being the ONLY outstanding games on the wii? good lord man how may OUTSTANDING games has any other consle had 1 year after launch?!
I haven't played too many Wii games. I've had my Wii since launch, and the only game I own is Twilight Princess. Just never got around to playing the games, but after Christmas I'll be gaming like a mad man. but out of the games I have played, Super Paper Mario seemed a bit over rated to me. It was a good game, and I enjoyed it, but it wasn't nearly as good as the first two IMO.
