paper mario problem

im on 3-3 and im at the part with the blue and pink switches. im at the top and idk what to do. i just hit a blue block and one of thoughs rainbow red doors apeared but idk what to do next.

can someone help?

I'm at that exact part where you go in that pipe and you come out in that room where theres that moving platform and those spikes. Arghhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know what to do.
