Mario and Luigi are sort of the handheld equivalent of Paper Mario.yakk_3
err... that's not right, mario & luigi partners in time is a turn-based rpg whereas paper mario isa real-time rpg.
Anyways, i'd rather see super smash bros. make its way on the DS than paper mario.
paper mario was one of my favorite games on the n64, the GC version was good too. I'd like to see paper mario come to the DS.

Only super paper mario is in real time, the first two are turn based.[QUOTE="yakk_3"]Mario and Luigi are sort of the handheld equivalent of Paper Mario.ibra_unit

If I recall correctly (I may be mistaken as it has been a while since playing Superstar Saga), the battle system between the first 2Paper Mario's was very similar to that of Mario and Luigi's. They were both turn based, where there was some interaction by the player to press button combo's at the right time. I have yet to play Partners in Time, but I would assume that it is the same.
