Phoenix Wright is an incredible game and I highly recommend it. I liked Final Fantasy III, but if you don't care for it then go ahead and trade it in. Although I never trade in games anymore, I've made some bad mistakes in the past doing that.

Do you want to spend around 45 hours on FF III (which is how long it'll take you to finish it) if you're bored after only 3 hours?

Personally I'm kinda bored playing Phoenix Wright I, and I really wanted to like it, so I'm glad I got it on sale. The only reason I plan to finish it is because I heard the 5th case is different and it's worth slogging through the first 4 (we'll see, I just finished case 3). We all like different things.

I would definitely recommend Phoenix Wright, even after being bored with an RPG. Since the battles and gameplay after that won't change in the slightest, there is a big chance of being bored even more. So I'd say, get Phoenix Wright.

About returning to "r" us... It says on my receipt that if the game is unopened it is only returnable if defective and unopened? Did they recently change their policy? If not, how are you returning it at all if you played it and it is opened?

Wow, have you been living under a rock for the past 5 years? No retail store like that will let you return open software for cashback or even an exchange. You have to get the same product due to piracy laws. Your receipt doesn't "clearly state" that you can return anything and everything. This is nothing new. Btw, I'm not sure what a "security sticker" is, but I assume it's the security sealing on the outside of the software. You're not going to be able to simply take it off one game and put it on another.

well i duno about ur conutry but in AUS in toy 'r' us b4 i was able to RETURN ALL MY OPENED GAMES so i just expected that you should be able to return and a security sticker is nothing new it's just a sticker that sticks to the opening part of the game bpx and you could just simply rip it off and put it back on any game...

Phoenix Wright has two major downfalls: way too much text advancing and often only one piece of evidence being the 'correct' one to use, even when you can logically think out ways that multiple pieces of evidence could be used to prove your point.
