Agreed, but the thought of having the Wiimote finally utilized in a flight simulator (although technically we wouldnt' say starfox is a simulator, nonetheless).
I think the option of Wiimote control would be a far greater step in terms of controls for starfox as opposed to pikmin. Although obviously pikmin would work quite well, i imagine more success with starfox.
And in terms of multiplayer, imo i would conclude that a 16-32 player dogfight, with wii controls trumps a pikmin multiplayer.
But that is all subject to opinion. I guess i'm excited for a "true" starfox because i was not thrilled by rare and namco's outings on the gamecube.
Yeah. I think they could both be awesome online games with good controls
