how do i climb up those places where is says *this wall is very rocky... will a Pokemon's move scale it?*

do i need a gym badge or something? please help

ok, I forgot which Gym it is, but u must beat a gym. Then, when u get to that snowy mountain, look around in the snow near that cabin (before the town at the top) and you'll eventually find rock climb. I think its behind the cabin.
