Here's pretty much everything known so far

• Giratina is on the front cover (and the game revolves around him mostly)
• Giratina and Shaymin both have new forms, Giratina changes into the origin form only in the torn world
• The characters have warmer clothes due to climate
• Shinnoh is under going an Ice Age
• Two new characters one's part of Team Galaxy the other is some police officer trying to catch him
• New Pokemon Sprites
• Teams Galaxy plans and HQ have been improved
• Battle frontier is back and is in the fight area
• New areas: Torn World (in isometric 3d, and a castle)
