Ok, so me and my friend got an R4I and we started platinum over again on seperate dsi's at the same time, and just as we were about to go into then first city that you get a gym badge he found bulbasaurs charmanders squirtles meus meutwos. All the old stuff and then he went on pokedex and non of them were there but he could use them. Can pokemon soulsilver be somthing to do with it or is it a hackd nds????????
