Ok firstly i just wanted to know, is the move roar one which will always go last or goes with the speed of the pokemon using it? If it goes with the speed of the pokemon would something like this be against the rules. Speed boosts with ninjask, baton pass to steelix, sr, then keep roaring? Considering all the moves i can think of that will always go first are psyical it wouldnt do much against steelix so is it fair or not

I believe that TR is actually -5. Roar and Whirlwind are the only ones set to -6, so always go last. Nope I just went to double check. Trick Room is -7.
