No i wouldn't. One game per system is enough, I might consider if it had new gameplay mechanics and you can build and customize your own car from scratch.(just a thought)

There's already mario kart 2 in the arcades. It would be simple for them to port it to the DS. But an entirely new game would be nice.

Of course; in my opinion,Mario Kart DS is still the best game on the DS.

No, I really wouldn't. One game per platform is enough, which they've should've done with Mario Party.

That would be cool, better wi-fi would be my main concern. I think it would also be pointless to try and improve it, cause either way hackers will slowly make their way in unless Nintendo actually put something in the game to stop it, which they never will tbh.

I'm Mario Kart out. With the DS/Wii version I want to see another title. Bring on another Super Mario World or another Metroid.

What are you talking about? who wouldn't want a sequel to Mario Kart? Best game on ds, they would just make it better. I definitley want it!

i'd like to see it but only if it uses the extra processing power of the DSi, thus giving it better graphics, maybe 8 players online, cut out snaking, make a stylus heavy track editor, online set up similar to Mario Kart Wii, using the DSi would not limit the game to 64mb or 128mb, they could use the SDHC card slot so it could contain better features, graphics, online modes, etc.

Voice Chat and the ability to kick snakers if snaking remains in the game, for online play as well

and a good DS online co-op battle mode, like CTF (or capture the coins that is), baloon battles online too

i agree with the one per system is enough idea, but if it came out, id probably end up buyin it once i finish everythin else i havent finished yet

I would definatly buy Mario Kart DS 2 because i don't own Mario Kart DS (my sister does:() but i would not recomend nintendo making it because there should only be one Mario Kart per console. Maby one for DSi!!

I would want another one. I want to be surprised with more than just new tracks and karts. Like they did with Double Dash. The double team game was really what I was looking for.

Well of corse! Mario Kart is one of the greatest games for the DS. Just add new characters, tracks, and bikes(like on the wii). Also it would be cool if you can make your own Kart too.

mari kart is the one game that 90% of ds owners own and its like really old but yet it still cost 35 bucks and still nintendo makes a profit of it each year so yea another one jsut as good would be a killer idea for nintendo
