mine is standing, but some of my gc game discs got scratched up during gameplay, not sure if it has to do with my wii standing though

Standing before... now I connected it to my HDTV and it's lying down... :)
Dunno when my new TV tray (or how you call it) arrive how it'll fit ^^

I have mine standing up. It just seemed natural to put it like that that after seeing it standing up in all those pictures and ads. I don't even think I have seen one laying down before!

mine is standing up cuz if u look at the bottom of the stand there is a hole for the ari vent of the wii but the stand doesnt have enough space uner it for air to pass thus causing overheating

did u know that if u leave your wii on standby for too long it could burn up some of the insides thus causing pixilation problems

Standing up, I pull it out sometimes and put it on its side when I want to play a VC game and the gamecube controllers dont reach.

i have it at a 33 degree angle with the drive pointing towards the ground. ita all arty :P look great with my telly at a 270 degree andle with the screen pointing at the back corner of my room. :P

seriously mines on its belly. ive had bad experiences with it in its stand (vibrating so much it becomes louder than a 360 for example). ive had the machine replaced since but ill just leave it as is.

Lying down. I don't want it to get knocked over. And because of where it is, accessing the GC ports is easier when it's lying down.

(And BTW, everyone, it's "lying down", not "laying down". ;))
