I don't think zelda single handedly makes or breaks an E3. Who knows? Wii Music might have developed into something much bigger than when we last saw it two E3s ago. I'm looking forward to the new games (supposedly not as casual) and what Wii Music looks like now after much more development.
From Wikipedia:
Mario Super SluggersWario Land: Shake ItFatal Frame IVDisaster: Day of CrisisWii MusicAnimal Crossing WiiRelease Date UnknownKirbyCaptain RainbowPunch-Out! Wii
Thats what they have announced for the Wii. Now, think that Fatal Frame isn't really them(they are giving a bit of help, but not an entire development studio). Then think that Sluggers is done(and by Camelot right?), Captain Rainbow is skip(second party), and Punch-Out!! is basically a rumor, but i'll count it. Wario Land is done(awaiting translation), and if we want to believe that rumor about Punch-Out!! Animal Crossing has been done for a while as well.
So when you take all of that into consideration you get. Disaster(Monolith), Wii Music, Kirby(Hal) and Punch-Out!! as the only things they are developing at the moment(putting aside translations).
Do you honestly think thats all Nintendo is working on right now? We will see.
I also, fear that they will make the conference too "casual"Linkthedueler
