Problem with wii shop channel...

Hi,

I have a new wii console now. I shipped my brokent wii to Nintendo and they gave me a new one. I wanted to connect My Nintendo account to the Wii shop Channel, but before that I did a system upgrade and everything worked correctly.

The connection between My Nintendo and Wii shop Channel worked, but it seems not because:

1- I had 3200 wii points left and they are not there

2- I cant redownload my games and internet channel at no cost. I have to pay again to have them...

WTF?

I think the problem is that your VC games are tied to your Wii itself, not your My Nintendo account, so i suggest calling Nintendo and see what they say.pandaguy25

Yeah but linking My Nitendo account to Wii shop channel should give me the autorisation to redownload it at no cost.

They probably forgot to transfer over your existing information to your new console. yeah, you did the right thing by sending them an email.raahsnavj

Maybe, but I have all my old saves (including VC games) on my wii... So they transfert saves data for sure.
