ps3, could it beat wii? (2008)

We all know, last year the Wii came in 1st place in that part of the Console War, leaveing the PS3 in 3rd. But in 2008, it seams the PS3 is coming back with a vengance. Now, there is a high chance that Sony will take it's reveng on Nintendo.

The 2008 PS3 line-up is pretty strong:Resistance fall of man 2, , Metal gear solid 4, Killzone 2, Final fantasy XIII, littelbigplanet, Haze, , Eight days, Home, White knight story, Devil may cry 4, Infamous.

The 2008 Wii line-up, not very good, very few good games: Super smash bros. brawl, Wii fit, No more heros, Sonic riders: zero gravity, Endless ocean, Mario cart wii, Wii fit.

Super smash bros and wii fit and possibly No more heros are the only games most gamers are planing on getting in 2008, so, by the look of things, Nintendo will lose to sony.

2. The Wii still appeals to casual gamers, and anyone that wanted a PS3 for MGS4 (the one notable game on the list, really) will probably already have it. Jaysonguy wrote a blog about a similar topic, but with Halo and Xbox.
