Ive been hyping it for months with many threads, so id say I tried my best to spread the word. But I agree with you and the wait was well worth it because the game turned out awesome. With that said take it away Mr. Sandman
"Hey Mac Baby, brush your teeth? Its Bed Time"
Indeed. The game was obviously made for the fans, but at the same time, I feel that this game can convert people who are new to the series.
Want more of a challenge out of this gen? Buy Punch Out!! Wii!!!!!!!!
i dont get the point of punch out. is it just a fighting game or does it have a story that goes to it.gamrgrl330
Game play is the most important aspect of a video game. The game has a story but it is simple and not the defining aspect of the game.
i dont get the point of punch out. is it just a fighting game or does it have a story that goes to it.gamrgrl330It's a fighting game, but not in the traditional sense. As far as the story goes, it doesn't really have one. The story is about Little Mac trying to become the champ. It's like the David and Goliath story...Little Mac has to fight all these guys who are so much more bigger and stronger than he is(most of the anyways) and try to get to the top....
oh, im not sure i should get it. how are the graphics.gamrgrl330IMO it's a must have for every Wii owner...The graphics are really good and the character animations are awesome! The controls were worked on for about over a year so the controls are so responsive...plus you don't have to use motion controls if you don't want to, you can play with the Wii remote held sideways. Either way the game plays really good.
It's easily one of the best Wii games ever released. This game relies on puzzle solving, Memorization, and quick reflexes. It's gamingin its most pure and fun state.
Punch-out is like Mario; absolutely everyone has to play it and there is a 98% chance that you will love it. It will also NEVER get old!
The game is awesome. I just got it yesterday, I wonder why Mario is not the ref anymore?
gregbmil
Mario being the ref would have been awesome. I think I read an interview with one of the devs saying why they didn't make Mario the ref. But I forgot what was the reason.
Most. Awesome. Video. Evar. The awesome has been released?
Au contraire, mon ami - I do declare that the bogus has in fact been released.

Take this cycle, add the last two on top of that, and there is still no other "actionpuzzlerhythmfightingarcadeboxing" game that can trump PO!! Wii. :!::!::P There is no other,it reigns supreme in the genre it created, it's classic Nintendo on steroids. ;)
the game is so freakin awesome, I couldnt , I COULDNT put it down since i got it, till i beat it.I couldnt sleep i couldnt do anything , and then finally, after the end, i kept getting fights getting voice tracks with exhibitions. Punch Out is among best wii games.intro94
+1
started and couldn't stop til I beat them all (lot of hours and fun)
it was so challenging that I didnt wanted to play it again in a long long time.. but I found myself farming medals after an hour XD
unlocking soundtracks is the most addicting part of the game (the thought one also)
IMO one of the best Wii games ever, but not the best this 09 ( LKS ;) )
What's your current status on this game? How is your progress internet people?

I've been having to work a lot lately so I haven't been able to play many games. I am at Title Defence Mr. Sandman at the moment
Work gobbles time in slow motion. Get off work, and play video games, isn't it amazing how they gobble time in fast forward? Fun rips through time, it's not fair.

I've beaten Title Defense Mr. Sandman, and I'm waiting until I get around to getting an SD card to attempt Mac's Last Stand.
ooh nice trick i forgot that and screwed it.Punch-Out!! (Wii) / Nintendo / 156,900
People buy more Punch Out!! and less UFC. This may not matter if this game has the Nintendo legs, it may very well end up crushing UFC in the long run.
[QUOTE="gamrgrl330"]do you know how much it costs? im going to browse games at gamestop tomorrowfig56Yeah it was 49.99...full price game but definitley worth it...trust me you will love this game. I don't know if it is worth full price. I rented it to review it and this game is good- don't get me wrong, I just can't justify paying 50 bucks for it. That's just a little much.

PO!! has more replay value than most 50 dollar games.
I agree that the game is worth $50 if you "get it" but I don't think everyone will see it that way.
Oh, and this game was like the 7th or 8th top-selling game last month, so it's not going to have any problem finding an audience. I just have this suspician that most people who bought this game had no idea what they were getting into.
