It's one of those, you had to be there kind of things. Osaka has a weird mind on her, you really have to watch the Anime to fully understand why she would 'see' the DS in her chop-sticks. Here is the original picture before I did a little doodling.
WELL, I have not idea why I just can't find the proper image. At the least there is the clip. If you like Anime at all, I suggest that you check Azumanga Daioh out, it's my favorite.
