Do you think it's better to collect all the stars while you'reinthat particular area, or just gothrough the game and forget about the stars until the end and come back? I know it doesnt matter, but which is your preference?

I get every star in an area before leaving (except for the comet stars, since they're random). I've done that ever since Mario 64. I guess I know from the start that I'm working for all 120 stars, so I figure I might as well get them all while I'm in the area.

I find it better to switch between galaxies often or else I'll get bored of the galaxy I'm in.

I mix it up to keep it interesting. That reminds me, I still need to get the 4 more stars. I kind of gave up after Luigi's Purple Coins took up way too much of my time.

I got all the non comet ones. As I played through the game I would have like three galaxies that I could already open when I opened new domes. It was easier to do this in Galaxy than in Sunshine because one had to obtain certain nozzles to get certain stars.

I haven't played Galaxy yet, so I only can base it on Mario 64 and Sunshine.

In Mario 64, I usually stuck with one level as much as I could unless if I got really stuck on certain stars or if I get sick of a level and want a change of scenery. In Sunshine, I usually switched levels a lot more often, although there was still a level that I focused on more than the others at different times of the game. With Galaxy, I'll probably do what I did in Mario 64, going through one galaxy unless if I get stuck on a star or if I get sick of a galaxy.

I do my best to try to collect all the stars in one area but if I start to get bored I jump to another area then just come back later.
