i never got a straight answer for this but i wanted to know....if i have my leaf green in the gba slot, can i take (or trade) my pokemon from leafgreen to diamond?serj_tankian05yup you can use the pokemons from leaf green but beware that you cant get them back after it...(to leaf green)

Of course you probably wont get to do that right away. You might have to reach a certain point in the game before you can upload pokemon.HillyBillyCorrect, I'm sure it's after beating the PokéLeague (and the game IS REALLY LARGE), you go to an area called the Pal Park. There, you can trade from your previous GBA gem generation and FR/LF games. However, and this comes up with many questions, I'm not sure it's possible for American Pearls (coming 22nd Apr.) can trade with European GBA games. I hope so, as my Ruby (with all my Pokemon champion ribbons) is Euro. Otherwise, I guess we European have just gotta wait.

Otherwise, I guess we European have just gotta wait. i think its possible...because the japanese versions could read or be traded with european ones..like you get a german pokedex description (of a pokemon from a german languaged game) as an example,check out the fansite serebi.net for more info.. since they had an article about it..so keep your fingers crossed :)
