There isn't much profanity, there's no violent combat (though there is blood in some of the nightmare areas).... The psychological profile questions throughout the game are geared towards adults with references to alcohol and sexual preferences, but there isn't anything over-the-top there.

You could also look on the esrb website for a detailed reason.
