Hey,
I've never bought a game in Wii Shop channel before so I was wondering, do the games that you buy "stay" in a account so you can redownload it in another Wii? (Like PSN and Xbox Live). If yes, will it be kept in my friend code or something?

Thanks!

Nope

Register your console with Nintendo.com before you buy anything, that will be the only log you have

If you get rid of your console you will also give away your games

If you lose your console you need to buy a new one from Nintendo or you will lose all your games

No. That would actually make sense, though, wouldn't it? The DSi/DSiXL and 3DS function in the same way where purchases are tied to hardware. But as Jaysonguy mentioned, at least get a Club Nintendo account and tie it to your Wii before you make a single purchase. It's not necessary if you ever want to transfer to another Wii (to do that you have to physicall mail both Wiis to Nintendo - yes, it's as dumb as it sounds) but at least you'll have a record.

Unfortunately, they can't be.I wish you could do that so I wouldn't have to have two Wii's.
