hey guys, well i just got my wii a couple weeks ago and i was just wondering if you are playing with two remotes how do you turn off the second one but not turn off the console. thanks ahead of time

It should turn itself off automatically after a few minutes of inactivity.

You cant turn it off. The way I do it is, take out a battery and put it back in. Then don't push any buttons and it shouldn't turn back on. There is no official way to tur it off though.

That's what I do. Sometimes if you turn the console off with the remote you'll see a message come up saying that the Wii lost communication with the remote, suggesting that it's turned off. Sadly, the console turns right off as well. Waiting for it to turn off takes forever, or at least it seems. Sometimes mine doesn't turn off :lol:. It just sits there. Waste of battery.

yeah i think about 5 minutes and it turns off.
