For those of you who played Vegas (or any squad based shooter for that matter), notice the hand signals used for the various commands:making a circlular motion with your index finger in the air (regroup), holding a fist in the air (hold), and pointing (go). Now, take those commands and map them to the Wii Remote and Nunchuck: making a circlular motion with the Nunchuckin the air (regroup), holdingthe Nunchukin the air (hold), and pointing with the Wii Remote or Nunchuck(go). That would be the way to really be a "a part" of the experience. It can't be worse than the voice recognition.

I have thought about it myself but if we are going to get some squad based shooters on the wii make them half decent at least. Like brothers in arms was but just a bit better then that. Because the controls would fit in perfectly with the action.

In all reality, Rainbow 6 Vegas would not be as great as it is without the help of the Online capabilities. When it comes to the Wii, the Online arrangement is not as casual and vast as the other consoles, so therefore would make R6V a dead 1-2 player game. Now, I see the reason why you wanted R6V on the Wii...but...it's not a good reason. The Wii should not e a novelty system as it is so much perceived as, and should not be limited to making movements or gestures that really both slow down gameplay, and make it dull at times. But before we put tactical shooters, the Wii need to have at least 1 GOOD shooter (the system that was said to have nothing but shooters, ended up having either none, or crappy ones).

I love R6 Vegas, and I've clamoured at having a Wii version, as long as the Wii version was built from the ground up for the Wii, so it would look as good as it possibly could on the Wii and run as well as it needs to be.

I'd buy R6Vegas if it was put on the Wii, especially with the online. After watching GameSpot's tournament a while back, i really got interested.
