Monster Hunter (An online city like in Tri, but better servers so there aren't so many network problems, and online/offline mutliplayer)
Golden Sun (Confirmed in works but I hope it's not like Golden Sun DS which was a dissapointment to some fans)
3D PokemonAdventure (Like Colloseum or Gale of Darkness, but open world like the 2D handheld ones)
Metroid Prime Hunters (Possibly an online/offline mutliplayer campaign and some bigger maps for online/offline multiplayer)
Super Mario Bros. (With online/offline story multiplayer like New Super Mario Bros. for the Wii)
Need for Speed Underground 3 (I would rather have this on Xbox 360 or PS3 but at this point I'll take anything)
Some new RPG IP's (Any dev team but BandaiNamco. All they ever make these days are some good, some bad Tales games and then new RPG IP's that suck)

Do you think smash bros would work on the 3DS? seems to me that it doesn't have enough buttons, also, screen seems too small. It would be hard to have some of the epic fight locations on the 3DS.
Although, I can see the appeal of seeing all of Nintendo's characters in a 3D (close to HD) resolution! And, this is by far my favorite Nintendo Series!
Maybe Smash should stay exclusive to the Nintendo Home console?

Wii Controller + Nunchuck - Joystick, D-Pad, A and B, 1 and 2, + and -, C and Z.
3DS - A, B, X and Y, D-Pad, Analog Pad, L and R, Start and Select.
They each have 10 input methods. And you can play SSBB with just the Wii Controller (no nunchuck) which is only seven input methods. The 3DS has enough buttons, this arguement has been settled a million times before. The problem is screen space. SSB games zoom in close but they also zoom out pretty far. Characters would looks like specs in big maps like New Pork City. It could be done still.
