I know that there will probably be Donkey Kong as the only game from Rare on VC, but i would love to see Conker, Goldeneye, Perfect Dark. Hell, i would love to see Battletoads that game was awesome.

Your Thoughts on Rare games on VC?

There will never be Rare games for Nintendo that aren't Nintendo properties so I don't think about it much

title threw me off at first, anyways I agree 100% percent about the rare games. Espicially perfect dark and goldeneye, but I think conker is a microsoft property now

There is a slight chance of us seeing Goldeneye on VC since rare doesn't own 007 license. Hopefully we will.

I expect Killer Instinct in the future(since it's licenced both by Rare and Nintendo, like the Donkey Kong Country games).  Donkey Kong Country is already on VC, and it's licenced/made by Rare/Nintendo, which is a good sign.

Well, I think Rare is a Microsoft property now.

My understanding is, don't expect to see any Rare reissues of any sort other than for the DS, which for some reason was exempt from the contract crap.

Sigh this has been discussed to death on hundreds of websites. Please do a search. Both Rare and Nintendo have not denied the possiblity of rare games appearing on the vc. Microsoft would put the rare titles on the vc if part of some deal.

Nintendo still owns the right to some of those games though so it's a possiblity that we may see some of them on the VC.

It means nothing. Donkey Kong is a Nintendo franchise. The only games that we're going to see are the DK series (DKC 1-2-3- Donkey Kong 64) made by Rare.

I think that DK64 will be edited with Jetpac and the Rare coin to be removed. I think we're going to see Mario Bros. or Donkey Kong Jr. arcade version to replace Jetpac and the Rare coin will probably replace into a new coin.
