There is something seriously wrong... I just bought my Wii and a bunch of games, so i hooked it up and it worked fine, so i went to play rayman and it was real fun... but every single time i play the first boss stage (happens at random time) A screen pops up with an error that says

An error has occured. Please press eject and turn the power off and consult the wii operations manual.

And the wii operations menu has nothing about this error... I cant play rayman... what do i do? Can anyone help?

I got this error when I put in heatseeker for the first time. Clean the disk then try it.

turn off your wii, clean the rayman disk, turn on your wii, insert the rayman disc.

if the problem continues, go to where you purchased it, and tell them that you got an error.

Maybe your copy of the game is defective.

That could be correct, anything from a small scratch to a heat caused warp on the tracks of the disk. If you said that you've cleaned it, and it was new when you bought it, then chances are that it may be defective. I would suggest you take it back to the store you bought it from, of course, if it was a new game they will only exchange for the same game while if you bough it used you can either exchange it for another copy of Rayman or get credit towards another game.
