Just after beating the big dude and taking his fake eye how do i get out of the barn as the door handles are twisted.

walk around the wall down the bottom and youll find a hole go through that

There's a hole in the wall, if you go close to it press the A button to jump out.

gamespot has a guide on here for RE4 if you get stuck again its pretty spoiler free too unless you look ahead.
