R.E Umbrella Chronicles

I've been away for a while from the internet and just found out that RE:UC is going to be one of those predisposed direction shooter crap games.

I think its funny how they know that everyone is excited about this game and they blow it by making it crap.  PS3 and 360 are getting RE:5 and wii thinks it will remotely compete with this POS game. what is their deal? 

These types of shooters were very popular in the arcades. This could turn out to be one of the best RE yet.gatsbythepig

ya back in the early 90's. they had a perfect set-up with RE:4 and it won GOTY for a lot of sites and they are abandoning it. those games in the arcades get boring after 2 levels. im passing judgment bc those games are old and u know it took them no time to make this game.

I love how every fanboy tries to defend it. I read IGN's preview on hands with it and you can tell just by reading it that they couldnt believe it was gonna be an on-rail shooter.

Watch some gameplay footage, it looks great. Its not what you expect from Resi but its not like its the only game in development.tomarlyn

I have watched gameplay and i got bored with those games after playin it in the arcade. notice how u go to the arcade and play an on-rail shooter back in the day and after youre done playing u dont have an urge to run back to the arcade to play it again. thats bc it gets old fast. just shooting people on screen. Point and shoot. not much else to those games. same old arcade games with better graphics.

While I respect everyone's right to think a video game won't be good, you can't say it's not going to be good and that we are 'fanboys' trying to defend it. You don't know it's going to be good or bad. It could be great if it is done right. If the story is good, the graphics are good, and it doesn't get boring, I'll be happy. A co-op would be great too.

 I totally agree .. they just released a short 3 minutes video about the game .. you dont know what extras it might have during the game or unlockables after you beat the game. please wait until the game comes out

I love nintendo but RE:5 will sell so many more copies for the 360 alone than RE:UC. nintendo and capcom dropped the ball.

youre right, capcom is. but nintendo is allowing it to be put on their system. nintendo should be more restrictive on allowing crap ideas. 75% of their games have been terribly rated. with the great idea of motion sensing they should really stick it to the other companies by maybe getting some good games.

 No doubt. TC, Take a look at this POS game, the realise how good it can be for the wii, its practically the perfect type of game for the wii, although im not a big fan of it either. I will rent it or something when it comes out.

That would be VERY stupid. Nintendo is letting everyone onto their system. They want to make it so that is cheap and easy to develop for, not that you have to make a brilliant game to get on the system.

Gamecube had a huge problem with 3rd party support, they aren't going to restrict games. It will never happen. Every system has their crappy games.

ya except nintendo has 10 times the amount. the problem is that companies know they can take no time with a game and put it on the wii to make money. thats what the wii is to other companies. a money maker for their bigger games they put on other systems. I wouldnt be surprised if RE:UC is just a money maker to help fund the real project, RE:5

How about you put SOME faith into the game. You arleady pass it off as such a crappy game. You have NO IDEA! That's what makes me mad. You have never played the game, no one has played the full game, and you call it terrible. Give it some time.

Anyways, Nintendo knows what they are doing, they aren't going to restrict companies and there are great games coming.
