TMP, people are split on it, some thinks is a waste of space other think its a great gun. PS. if you plaing with the wii mote, the stock is pretty usless.
rifle is useful in some places, tmp yes buy it, its a good gun, much more useful than the pistols and you get plenty of ammo, rocket launcher yes for the boss fight at end of first disk and for final boss fight, the rest of the boss fights its not neccesary (well its not for those bosses but its extraordinarily useful for them) saves a lot of time, lets put it this way, loads of health and ammo or buy the rocket launcher and it takes like 2 minutes, thats end of first disk boss, final boss, doesnt matter iof you lose the ammo so its not 100% useful, still speeds things up a lot
Depends which ones you're talking about! If you're able to buy the automatic sniper rifle then you DEFINITELY should buy it. You'll need it for later anyway- otherwise you won't be able to use the infrared scope to... well I won't spoil the later parts for you. :) As for the TMP, maybe. It doesn't necessarily take up huge amounts of space and you can always sell the TMP ammo that drops for money to buy other things. Don't buy the Rocket Launcher till you actually need it as it takes up a TON of space and should really only be used in a couple places in the game.
i have never bought the rocket launcher except for the infinite. dont buy the rocket launcher. when your fighting the last boss ada will throw you one.

Better then the pistols? It's good as a backup when you run out of ammo but no way is it better then some of the pistols. It eats up ammo like crazy. The TMP is best when you need to fight massses of unarmored enemies. For armored you'll need to be using a shotgun.

It can be useful to gain a ton of money at that one point in the game where theres a ton of cultists prayingin that one room who all drop jewels... though if you're a good aim you can always use a couple grenades instead to maximise profits, or maybe mow them down with the shotgun.
Yes. You have to mix the red and gold herbs though, then eat them. Theres somewhere around 20 gold herbs in the game, so try not to miss any if possible. Ashley's health bar can also be increased.
EDIT: I can't remember, you might also need a green herb I think so you need 1 green 1 red 1 yellow then mix them all. It'll restore all health + add 1 sliver to the health bar.
