I like the fact they may be making it sharper, hopefully those shots aren't of it in 480p because I don't have a HDTV. Whats going on with the fugly crosshair though? the laser is better.
The GC screen is wrong, the health meter is either different in non-US versions of the game or it's a pre-release screen. UDA1983
Good point, it differs from the PAL version too so unless its the Japanese edition I'm not sure what to think. However the Wii shot still looks sharper than what I've experienced with the Cube version, I just hope it looks like that even in 480i.
You really can't compare the games with those screens, even less give the game justice graphics-wise. Take a look at a video, play the game on a TV or find better screens because the game looks much better...
None of the screens seem that faithful to their respective games, and I wouldn't believe that apparent 'Wii' screen. To me it looks jaggy anyways, and Capcom hasn't released any official screens yet.
i dont think that the gc version looks like that. if you look at it, it looks like the same version of the ps2 and i know that the gc version is a lil better.
Looks like they're doing a freaking crappy job at making the graphics better. I never would've thought that the graphics were better if someone didn't tell me. And crosshair = LAME.
I thought the GC version was supposed to look graphically better than the PS2 version :S But dayuuum the Wii version looks a lot better than the other versions.
There's not much difference between all three of them really. Sure the controls will make the game unique but the Wii is more capable machine so I would have expected more than just Wii controls slapped onto an existing last gen game. It was a great last gen game but that was 2 years ago let's see something more please.
I own both versions of RE4 and both versions have really been pushed to the limits of what they can do. This Wii version and I can only tell from the screenshots (I really need to see a trailer) doesn't.
