RE4 weapon help

This is my first time playing this game and I just started on ch 3 at some castle. The merchant has an updated list and I dunno if I should buy any of the new weapons or trade any of mine in. Right now i have a punisher that's all tuned up, my shotgun can use a little tuning on firepower and capacity, TMP can use fire power and capacity, and i haven't touched my rifle. I have 29300 in the bank, should i trade any of my guns it or just upgrade? I have also been thinkin about buying some attach cases cause haven't done that yet.

Sell the Punisher and buy the Red9, it's a much better gun, and when you fully upgrade it it's much more powerful then the punisher. Sell your shoutgun and get the new one (the third one is the best). Keep the tmp, it's very useful. Keepyour rifle until you get the chance to buy the auto-rifle. Upgrade the Red9 completely, it's the best handgun to me.

well i try and help people with there questions but stuff like " what gun should i use " or " what is the best wepon " cant be a wrong or right awnser it all depends what kind of wepon your good at i am good with any type of gun exept explosives or rpgs but in re4 i have the firsat pistol ( fully upgraded ) and the black shotgun ( also fully upgraded ) the pistol cause it is easy to find ammo for it and its good if u know how to use it and the shotty because in re4 almost everyone rushes you i normaly would go for a pistol and machine gun but there is no good machine gun other then the assult rifle but i only have that on my wii not on my ps2 and the smg in re4 sucks. and by the way if u have about 1-3 wepons buy the large gun case and if you have more than 3 wepons buy the extra large gun case

dont get the red 9 with stock or sniper cause u dont want to get headshots later in the game because of the squids that come out make you waste some more bullets and the red 9 and sniper are best the best things to get a headshot in in re4 so if u want to save ammo and kik or knife them shoot theire legs not theire heads

the sniper is for.. sniping pretty much, and the red 9 is the powerfullest gun (ofc it takes more space etc.) but in my opinion damage is THE most important stat because you use less ammo.

and you are afraid of head shot? then dont shoot em in the head :P no need to pick a worse gun for that

The best Handgun by far is the Red9 (which uses the same ammo). I unfortunately traded it, and bought the Killer 7 because it was new, and I regret it. I still don't think the maxed outK7 is as powerful as a lvl 5 Red9.

If you get the Red9, max that B out, and buy the stock for it. Also, get the Striker, and Assualt Rifle. It comes in handy
