I think the effort for this is there to prove that the Wii Remote and Nunchuk really works well with games, I think Capcom already got enough profits from this blockbuster, there is no need to re-buy this game if you have the GCN or PS2 one. This reminds me of someone I met long time ago who had 4 copies of Resident Evil 2: N64, PSX, PC, and Dreamcast,

I never tried RE4 on the PS2, but Ada Wong's role seems to be clear to me in that game, unless you are talking about the extra mission where you have to collect samples (already present in the GCN version). We will find out more about Ada in Resident Evil 5. I suppose the Resident Evil that comes after 5 will be about Ada escaping the island.

The PS2 version has additional content with 6 missions that you play as Ada. I'm pretty sure that they sum up her escape.
Lets hope its not a damn PS2 port. The graphics on the PS2 to the GC were hideous, i hope they improve the graphics from the GC one considering RE4 is two years old....

It'd called seperate ways and it adds a lot to the story. Mainly why she decided to work for Wesker, the future of Unbrella, and random stuff I forgot, it's a shame that gc owners missed that.
