Well, I just got a Wii and know nothing about it.

Any suggestions about what games to get and what games to stay away from?

just stay away from evrey game except :

Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Wii)
Mario Kart Wii (Wii)
Super Mario Galaxy (Wii)
