I imagine this will be a solid AA title. Ubisoft, while one of the most horrible launch publishers in the history of gaming (with regards to the Wii's launch window), has the ability to make some awesome titles.

I hope they take the controls from Metroid and spice them up a bit to include sword fighting.

This is great news. This time Ubisoft better not rush it. They have time now so I'm expecting it to be a lot better.

Red Steel one kinda sucked balls. what do I mean kinda, it did.

hopefully Ubisoft will learn from their many mistakes and fix them. They had multiplayer (the sole reason I own the game -.-) and hopefully they will add online in 2.

they can't tell the story with crappy pictures either. we need cutscenes ._.

The Wii is already more succesfull then ANYONE every expected. And I had no idea what you were saying in your post.

I'm not getting my hopes up with this one like I did with the original. Could be good though.

The first one was not without it's faults (horrid graphics, pre-scripted Sword movements, occasonal glitchyness in the aiming), but it was very undrrated. i bought it with TP at lanch and i like it.

Im glad to see they will try to improve the sword combat, im not expecting 1:1, but they could be alot better.

Plus, and Ad placed by ubi for Programmer's to work on RS2 awhile back hints that RS2 MAY have online play (it asked for people with "Online Interface" Exp.).

Well, Ubisoft said they will put more time in their games.. and I think this one will be good.

But, I don't think people will buy it. Many people bought the 1st, and if they hated it (which is most likely), than they will not buy the 2nd.

Blech, a sequel to one of the worst games on the Wii?

Pass, I'd rather see a sequel to a more deserving game.

Red Steel was close. If RS2 improves upon it and integrates online MP, it should be a great success.

Ubisoft is making bad games on Wii because they really seem to care about it, they seem to annouce new Xbox and Ps3 games monthly. But what really pisses me off is that they got us hypedup by making us think like they were ganna give it some good support.the only good Wii games they have are Rayman and Lifecoach (wich isn't really a game either). I can't wait till Wii becomes more succesful than they expected, and they start pretending like they loved fromthe start. It's like what's happening with the DS rigth now. They seem to have already started with the sudden announcement of brothers in arms: double time. Wich was supposed to be only on PC xbox and PS3.caybeirwouleyfe

And ubisoft heard all of these complaints from people, and apologised for it. and they better prove themselves in the second one. or will I ever be PO'd

First, and this is unrelated to the topic, I am Lebanese so forgive me if my English is a bit Sloppy.

Second, What I mean is Ubisoft does not care about Wii, A freind of mine went to canada and there met up with someone who told him that the people at Ubi don't think that the Wii will ever be succesful in Europe and US. That's why there games on Wii were crap. They didn't put too much tougth into them. But look at the games that are on Xbox and PS3, because the devolepers were exited about making those games they turned out to be great. What I'm saying is Ubi has been treeting Wii like crap. BUT NOW AFTER Wii turned out to be a Huge hit they want to bring us good games.

Third and finally,also unrelated to topic, Is anyone else me Lebanese or at least arabic?
