I bought Red Steel after my birthday, i thought it was fun, i loved the samurai sword fights and the realism of the gun handling, but it got bad reviews, so, just wanted to now what you though! XD
i think it is a good game, the story is actually good, well good enough to keep you with that feeling of "need to know whats next", but its kinda buggy and they didnt put to much effor on the multiplayer mode
I liked it, it was pretty entertaining. The swordfights are easy, and I didn't have a problem with them, they didn't play THAT big of a part. But shooting your MP7 Sideways looks and feels cool haha.
I liked it, I liked the whole asian theme. If it had the controls and online of MoH:H2 and a little more time to polish up the game it would have been amazing.
It was rushed plain and simple. Considering that and the team was doing something no one ever did beforeas well as having no fps expirence at all they did a hell of a good job. They did a better job then quite a few supposedly a teams that have worked on console games for ten years.

I thought it was good, until I played some decent FPS games. Why is there no sword fighting multiplayer? Why do the graphics look so bad? Why does Ubisoft throw all their garbage on the Wii? Why is there only 4 multiplayer levels? I don't like it anymore.
It's good... but not great.. it was supposed to be the best game ever on wii... it was hyped so much. But the problems that were in it will be fixed for 2.

It was a fun shooter, and that's what really matters in most fps games. I thought even the multiplayer wasn't that bad, me and my friends had a lot of fun ducking and diving then unleashing the double firing speed infinite ammo ability. It wasn't earth shatteringly brilliant but it's fun enough to play. (perhaps I'm too easy to please...)
I thought it was pretty fun. Sword fighting was my favourite part of it. Overall it was a decent game that clearly had a lot of potential but it was rushed and unfinished.
Personally, I thought the games was horrible. I rented it for free and wanted my money and time back. I couldn't understand how some of the cutscenes were simply still art with voices. That was something done last gen with ease on all systems so I had expectations. Plus the graphics were down right bad. The multiplayer made me dizzy with how easy it was for the camera to go out of control. But again that is just my opinion.
I thought the game itself was fun but the controls sucked hardcore. I hated them! All I could ever manage was to hit a guys crotch every once and a while. I really hated that game, I hope they come out with a sequel with better control, I liked the idea of FPS + Swordplay.
I got Red Steel for X-Mas. I was hyped up all about it and so was others. The storyline was great and the gun controls were cool. I thibk the one thing that go me to dislike it was all of the bugs it had. It was fun and all but there should be at least no multipalyer it sucked
