Hello, ive had a DS since launch day. I loved the thing, i played Super Mario 64 DS forever, However since then the only other game I enjoyed on the system is the New Super Mario Bros. Im purchasing a DS Lite soon and ill be sitting at Akon in June for 3 days at my sister's art table just watching it so ill need a game or two that can occupy my time. I enjoy most games. I just wanted to know what are your favorite games that are lenghty. I would like to try online play since i havent yet but if not its fine. I was looking at either FFIII or Pokemon Diamond. (altho ive lost touch with Pokemon since Gold (haha back in my day there were only 150 pokemon!)) So any suggestions would be excelent. Ive looked on reviews and I would relaly like to get the player's opinions. FF III and Pokemon look good but is FF III really that fun? Ive played FF 8 and X but is 3 like it at all? Or are there any other games you could suggest, perhaps online. TY
You should really consider getting Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow. A must-have, in my opinion, and it's pretty lengthy. No online, but the story mode is just plain awesome. Lots of value, due to unlockables.
There's Mario & Luigi: Partners In Time, Phoenix Wright, FF III is difficult (So it WILL take some time to complete), Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, Lunar Knights and Resident Evil: Deadly Silence.
mario kart ds and pokemon pearl or diamond mario kart has tons of replay value with ds download and all that and pokemon always offers lots to do eg catching pokemon!!!

Especially if yoiu go for 3-stars on all the missions. Some of them can take a half hour to an hour alone. Same with meteos, if you want to unlock all the worlds. Pretty much any game with a ton of unlocking. Advance Wars 2 as well. Three difficulties, with easy mode being too hard at times.
