Resident Evil Darkside Chronicles - IGN Review

Looks to be a solid score for being a rail shooter. One of the main complaints was the use of the bouncy camera in which you view the game in the same perspective of the character. What are your thoughts? Are you going to be picking this up?

Personally, I won't be because there's so many games that i've yet to finish plus i'll be getting Super Mario Bros. next week which is only going to add to my pile of incomplete games. I admit it looks like a solid game though with really nice looking graphics and everything looking quite detailed overall.

I don't care about review scores anymore. I always have more fun with Wii games than reviewers give them credit for.

I just know that Umbrella Chronicles was fun, and Darkside Chronicles deserves to be part of my collection with it, especially since it covers more of the Resident Evil story.

My only complaint is that it isnt online enabled! I mean we have 2 ppl at all times its not that hard is it to make it online lol!

I didn't like UC much I'll rent this one at some point though, it looks worth trying out.

I think it's a great score! I'm definitely picking this up as it's my most anticipated game left for the year. Over AC2, NSMB and a few others. Already paid for ;)

The bouncy camera I think is still going to work quite well. Although it may make aiming at some parts more cumbersome it just looks like the level of immersion it adds will be so effective that it won't matter. It scored better than Umbrella Chronicles already. I feel that for RE fans it will be a 9.0 at least.

UC didn't exactly score high but I love the game.... and it seems like this game surpasses UC so it's an obvious buy

Yes i will be picking it up damn Australia only getting it on 26th :( but I will be sure to visit my fav store a day earlier hopefully they will hav it in stock alredy ;)

I assume there's no option to tone down the bouncing camera?...in Dead Space there was an option to tone down bouncing camera thing.

Yeah I thought that was a great option in Dead Space, but I don't believe it's present in Darkside.
